Hey everyone! It's Alex! I'm starting this thread so that we can have a place for people to find roommates to try and mitigate the costs of the hotel rooms. If you have a room and you need some roommates, feel free to post here. If you haven't or can't book your own room but are looking to share a room, post here. We want to make sure we find a room for everyone. :-)
Once you have your room (either by yourself or with others - there can only be 4 per room), please email brittanaconvention@gmail.com so I can mark you down as having a room. We only have a certain number of sleeping rooms that are blocked off for our Con so I need to be able to track them as they get picked up. Also, feel free to email the Con email with any questions or if you need any information.
The Con Staff and I are looking forward to seeing you all there!!!

Hey !
I'm from France and I'd really like to go to the con but I can afford a room by myself (the plane ticket is already enough..). So I need roomates.
If someone can share a room with me, that would be great =)

If someone can share a room with me, that would be great =) Hey Lola! We've just released our links for Registration so we should hopefully start to get people registering to attend. Once we get a group of people that are looking for roommates, we'll start trying to put people together in rooms. There will need to be one person in the room that puts the reservation for the hotel on a major credit card and then the other people who are sharing the room will need to reimburse that person directly. We are very excited that you are thinking of attending our Con!! :-) |

Thus is a repost i wasn't sure what i was doing earlier.
I am in need of a roomate, as soon as i get my confirmation from BC Staff i will register and put a card on file with the hotel. I wanna get a double bed room and just split with the two of us if possible. If we really needed we can see if its possible to get an extra bed and get a third person in. Whatever the case, let me know and we can try to go throught the BC Staff to exchange info and get to know each other before hand. I would like to meet in the lobby of the hotel to exchange keys and cash. I figure we can split the cost evenly.

Hey, I am also looking for a hotel buddy for the Con. I was planning on going from Thursday night through Sunday night, leaving Monday morning. That way there is time to hang out with people before and after con, as well as see sights and eat some good food and such. Hey Alice, If you want I am willing to room with you. I am also looking into flying in on Thursday. I think I will be leaving sunday late at night, so I am still willing to pay for that night as well. Hey everyone, it's Mama U from your friendly Con staff Hopefully everyone who is attending saw the email from our official email account, we are working to help coordinate hotel/roommate needs. We will be checking these boards as much as possible and we'll add names/needs to our spreadsheet and work to match people up. If you post here and don't get a response wihtin a decent amount of time, please drop us an email or a tumblr ask and we'll be more proactive to get you set up with either a room or a roommate, as need be.
